Mercédesz Csósza and Alexa Csósza stand behind the family-run farm in Drégelypalánk. It is almost impossible to list all the different kinds of fruits and vegetables they cultivate in the family-owned garden! The Házikó workshop and markets are supplied with fresh, crisp produce, besides this the family-run factory provides jams and fruit syrups.
Their goal is to revive traditional recipes and processing techniques, also, to help these survive.
The family’s produce and products can be bought at the Szimpla Farmer’s Market.
