Tamás Tusjak and his family have been making sausages within a framework of traditions reaching back many generations, the recipe is passed on from father to son. They moved from Békéscsaba to Győrzámoly 3 years ago to let people get acquainted first hand with the taste of original, local csabai sausage. Their Mangalica pigs live freely in a forest near Győr.
All food products made from them traditionally are additive- and preservative-free. Larger and smaller sausages are produced – which Házikó uses in sandwiches too – and also bacon (fat), greaves and smoked meats.
Their products can be purchased in Győr at the Csabai Sausage Chamber, or the markets of Mosonmagyaróvár, Pápa and Káptalantóti.
